Episode 398: Creating Space
Do you take time to create space for yourself?
If you are closed off and don’t attempt to create space for yourself, you will burn out quickly.
Find something you can do to take a minute to yourself. This can be listening to a podcast, taking a walk, reading a book, or whatever you do to unwind and give yourself space.
It’s okay to take time for yourself.

I am giving you permission to take a full day to yourself. It’s okay. You need to create space for yourself if you want to thrive.
QUICK TIP: Sit down and journal. Write out everything you want and get it out there. Once you write it down, you make it a reality and can take action.
