Episode 416: The Miracle of Persistence {Interview with Lindsay Pinkelman}

Why is it, we know what we need to do, but we don’t always do it?

I asked this question on my personal Facebook page and got some great responses.

At the core of it, it’s BELIEF

If you don’t believe in yourself, you won’t be able to make the necessary changes.

If you don’t believe change is possible, you won’t try.

Until you wake up and realize how you feel matters, you will continue to stay stuck in the same patterns.

You can make more money, you can create more time, you can create a deeper connection with your child, you can have a thriving marriage if you want, but until you give yourself permission to do that, nothing is going to change.

You can change your belief by saying: “I Am Enough.”

You don’t have to do it all.  

You can start small by taking baby steps each day to cultivate the belief that you are worthy of having all you desire.

QUICK TIP: Sit down and write the things you are good at. As you do this, reflect on what you have accomplished and work to develop the belief that you can make changes to feel in control of your life.
