Too often we live our lives by default. A key to overcoming this “default mode” is to master your emotional triggers.
You might be asking yourself:
How is this possible? How can I master my emotional triggers?
One critical step to overcome your triggers is to remember that we as humans will ALWAYS have triggers. The key is to GROW from the experience.
If someone triggers something in you, recognize them as clues to help you heal. See them as opportunities for growth.

My challenge for you: Ask yourself, “How do I cope? Do I blame others for how I feel?” Recognize that these questions will unlock some wounds that might need to heal. Be prepared to confront those so you can heal and start mastering your triggers.
