Have you thought about what your intentions are this summer?
This week on the podcast I talked all about intentions for every new season of life.
What do you want to focus on this season?
If you focus on the negative things going on around you, you will never feel good enough. What you focus your attention and energy on will grow.
Paying attention to your energy and where you give your attention will help you adjust your intentions to align with what you truly want out of life.

Where are you focusing your intentions? My challenge to you is to evaluate your priorities to see where your intentions lie. If they need adjusting, have the courage to adjust them and make the most of this season.
Think of a word to represent your summer and use that as your guide each day to help you achieve your intentions.
Using your word as your guide, be sure to enjoy your time this summer. Get creative! Find ways to infuse your life with your intentions every day. You will be surprised with the outcome.
