Episode 476: Don’t Be A Victim Of Your Life, Be A Creator Of Your Life

Have you ever wondered what it really takes to create space for yourself?

With every season in our lives, we are confronted with obstacles and work that has to get done.

During these seasons, it’s important to take moments to create space for what you need.

No matter the circumstance, take moments each day to create space for yourself.

Don’t feel guilty when you need space to create what is necessary for you.  Declare the space you need, so it becomes a priority to take care of it.

Choose to make your space sacred and a safe haven for you to create what you need.

Internally, make a declaration for your space to yourself EVERY SINGLE DAY.  This isn’t selfish, but vital to help you be the best version of yourself.

“Being yourself means shedding all the layers of looking good, wanting to be liked, being scared to stand out and trying to be who you think people want you to be. Being yourself means being naked, raw and vulnerable.” – Jeff Moore

Set boundaries and declare space in your life. By declaring space, whether physical, mental, or energetic, you have to invest the time and energy in doing so. You might not like it. It won’t always feel good, but you have to declare to the universe what you want. If you don’t, somebody else will.

Are you willing to declare your space to make your life better and get what you need?

The choice is yours. Have the courage to declare the space you crave to feel in control.

We were not created to do this alone. If you aren’t sure where to start, you can CLICK HERE here to set up an intro call with my team member Sausha to see if my coaching is a perfect fit for what you need.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • How to stop playing the emotional victim

  • How to take responsibility for your actions that put you in the place you are

  • How to step back and choose your priorities
