What do you do with the time you have each day?
Doing is where the magic happens!
I get questions all the time asking, “how do I create the time to do x,y,z?”
The problem isn’t about creating time, the problem is how we perceive time is what limits us.
Your capacity to experience what you desire is crucial to managing your time.
If you don’t have the mental capacity to expand and receive, you will never be able to cultivate what you desire in your life.
It’s not that you don’t have time, it’s that you need to formulate your own capacity.
"Time is a created thing. To say 'I don't have time' is to say 'I don't want to.'" -Lao Tzu
Mental capacity is all in your mind. You must do the inner work in order to match the external capacity that you want to create.
My challenge for you is to do an inventory and see what your capacity looks like. What is consuming your mental energy?
Each day, make space to formulate what your capacity looks like. Remember, we all have the same 24 hours in a day. How will you make the most of yours?
