Episode 505: Women Helping Women Rise
Why is it that humans overpack, over consume, and overthink?
Have you found yourself doing this also?
We tend to ask ourselves, “what if?” and this leads to overthinking.
Really, this is the opposite of living in the moment and seizing the day.
This is what I mean when I ask if you are living in alignment each day?
It isn’t so much the things you are doing. It’s more about creating calm within yourself.

Who cares about the trivial things? We do! But it really doesn’t matter.
You are always going to forget something. You are always going to over consume or overthink.
If you start asking yourself if you are enough in that moment and the answer is yes, then when those “stories” about how you aren’t good enough come up, you will have the strength to push them away.
Don’t let your stories rob you of your enoughness and ruin your day.
You have the strength within you.
My challenge for you is to recognize your worth. Recognize that you are enough.
Each day, take note of the things you did that were enough. Recognize the little successes and don’t let overthinking ruin your day.
