Episode 558: Exposing Our Shadows So We Can Heal

Why would I suggest to live like a Canadian Goose?

Canadian Geese have a reputation of doing what they want, without caring about what is going on around them. They take their time crossing the road and often stop traffic.

How does that apply to your life?

These geese aren’t bothered by others’ presence. The goose wasn’t bothered by my emotional state and annoyance with it.

How would we show up differently if we were more like the goose and not afraid of others’ judgment?

Be you.  Do what you need to do.  Be free. Don’t worry about the judgment of others.

“At the end of the day, let there be no excuses, no explanations, no regrets.”  ― Steve Maraboli

Be a little less terrified to be who you are.  Be more like a Canadian Goose.

Don’t be afraid to take your time.

We were not created to do this alone. If you aren’t sure where to start, you can CLICK HERE to fill out an interest form for coaching. I’d love to hear from you!
